The 5 Year-End Reflection Questions I'm Asking Myself

"Life can only be understood backward, but it must be lived forward." - Soren Kierkegaard

Reflection is an exercise of the soul, a beautiful practice that turns experience into insight and wisdom. All the more reason to spend some quality time "mining the pearls", collecting the valuable nuggets of your experience to get clarity on what you've learned so it can support you with where you want to go.

Here are the main questions I’m reflecting on this year:

1) What are the biggest challenges you faced?

2) What were the gifts or silver linings in those challenges?

3) What have you learned this year that you won’t forget?

4) What accomplishments are you most proud of?

5) What did you find most energizing this year?

Make a cup of tea, grab a blanket, pull out your favorite journal and give yourself space to look within. As Carl Jung says, “Your vision will become clear when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside dreams; who looks inside awakens.

I look forward to hearing what you uncover!
