Join me at the beautiful 906.World Cultural Center for a practice that will fully relax and nourish your entire nervous system, dissolve stress, and melt into deep connection to your entire self! We'll begin with a 15-minute yin yoga practice to land in our bodies and stretch into inner stillness. Then we will spread out and get comfy on our mats to enjoy a 50-minute breathwork journey, guided by a two-part pranayama breath, music and essential oils.
